Hmmm Penn Oyster Reel?

Obviously this reel has a story.  But he got it to me before too much damage was caused from the saltwater and sand.  Surprisingly it functioned fine except for a the eccentric lever hanging up. 5 minutes in the ultrasonic cleaner and I can see the actual reel again.
